It seems like yesterday but it has been seven years since we took over as owners of The Mugger.
It has been an incredible ride. Being a small business owner is not easy and requires a lot of work and stamina.
But I have been lucky to be surrounded by great people who provide me with daily support and encouragement.
I deal with fun products and I spend a lot of time choosing the right merchandise. It is a nice creative process.
I am a people person and I love to talk to customers coming from all over the world. And being able to communicate with foreigners is a big deal for everybody.
Seaport Village is an amazing place to work at, with the bay right across from the store. going to work is always a pleasure.
So all in all these seven years have been interesting, with ups and downs, but I would not change anything. I am learning everyday how to do a better job and the rewards are priceless.
